After they have contacted you, within five days they are required to send a written document to you stating the amount of money that they are liable to take and the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money will also be mentioned and they will also mention the actions that can be taken by both of you if you feel that you do not owe so much money to your creditor. There are certain restrictions that are imposed upon the creditors as well. For example, they are not permitted to use threats or violence or do any sort of harm to you. Moreover they are not permitted to publish the names of the consumers who do not pay the money to them as well. They cannot use obscene language to threaten you or they cannot repeatedly call you to annoy you for their money.
